How do you ensure my chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and coolant packs, for all orders shipped to warm climates or during summer months to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
Are Godiva chocolates Kosher certified?
Most of our chocolate products are certified Kosher by the OU. Please check the specific product description or the packaging label for the Kosher symbol to confirm the status of a particular item.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer options for people with nut allergies?
All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment that processes peanuts and tree nuts. While we follow strict cleaning procedures, we recommend that individuals with severe nut allergies do not consume our products.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message to your order during the checkout process. The message will be printed on a card and tucked inside the shipping box.
How should I store my Godiva chocolates?
To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 65°F (18°C). Avoid refrigeration if possible, as it can cause 'bloom' or condensation which affects texture and appearance.
